ALBANY – An Albany County jury found a Watervliet man guilty of stealing a house by transferring its ownership, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said Monday.
Assistant District Attorney Jessica Blain-Lewis of the Financial Crimes Unit prosecuted the case.
